I really do enjoy working with Ana. Ana makes me work hard, yet she doesn't have me do anything that I am unable to do. Since I have worked with Ana for 4 years, I have learned her teaching style. She is encouraging and very positive so that you want to make the effort to do your best.

Since I have worked with Ana for quite awhile, I now understand that the skills we have worked have improved my overall life. I have had issues in the past with my lower back. I am still very careful to make sure I am not injuring my back, but the exercises that I dislike the most have built up my core muscles and I am not complaining as much as I used to complain when those exercises are scheduled.

I am 66 years old so my body has been around the block! I am also overweight but have been trying to lose weight for the past year. Ana has been very encouraging as I work through my weight loss. Because of my age, weight loss has been slow. But, I know that the workouts and the activity that I pursue throughout the week, has benefitted my life and I am grateful for Ana enthusiasm and support.

Every workout with Ana is thoughtfully designed and well- rounded, with lots of variation so that it’s never boring.
