Small Group Training

Our small group training sessions are a fun and challenging way to either get into a workout routine or spice up an old one! During these sessions we implement a variety of foundational strength training, aerobic and functional fitness techniques, keeping the workouts well rounded and engaging. We also keep groups to a maximum of 5 participants ensuring focused attention when needed, allowing you to get in a safe, fun and effective workout.

Training Options

All inclusive Membership and Small Group Training packages:

$250.00 per Month Includes:

  • Access to gym facility during business hours

  • 1 small group training session per week and 6 free GT Sessions good for 1 year (Cannot be combined with other free GT Session offers)

  • Once monthly assessment of progress and goals

$350.00 per Month  Includes:

  • Access to Gym facility during business hours.

  •  2 small group training sessions per week and 6 free GT Sessions good for 1 year (Cannot be combined with other free GT Session offers).

  • Once monthly assessment of progress and goals

(Saves $190)

$450 per Month Includes:

  • Access to Gym facility during business hours.

  •  3 small group training sessions per week and 6 free GT Sessions good for 1 year (Cannot be combined with other free GT Session offers).

  • Once monthly assessment of progress and goals
