Small Group Training
Our small group training sessions are a fun and challenging way to either get into a workout routine or spice up an old one! During these sessions we implement a variety of foundational strength training, aerobic and functional fitness techniques, keeping the workouts well rounded and engaging. We also keep groups to a maximum of 5 participants ensuring focused attention when needed, allowing you to get in a safe, fun and effective workout.

Access to gym facility during business hours
1 small group training session per week and 6 free GT Sessions good for 1 year (Cannot be combined with other free GT Session offers)
